No. Delivery is free, door to door, anywhere in South Africa — on everything we sell, baths included.

In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are cast and sealed especially for you, which takes about 3–4 weeks. If you're in a hurry, give us a call and we'll tell you what's ready to go right now.

At the moment we deliver within South Africa only.

Yes — walk-ins are welcome at our workshop at 5 Korhaan Close, Joostenbergvlakte, Cape Town, 7570. We're open Monday to Thursday 7am–4pm and Friday 7am–3pm. Get directions.

You can pay securely online at checkout by card or PayPal, or by EFT — see our bank details. All online payments go through encrypted, verified payment systems.

Yes. Interior designers, architects, builders and anyone ordering in quantity can email sales@seedleme.com with project details for a quote.

You receive the concrete piece itself, finished and sealed, with a standard plumbing outlet hole (the outlet size is shown on each product page). Taps, waste outlets and plumbing are not included, so your plumber can fit the fittings of your choice.

Very close — but every piece is cast by hand, so expect slight natural variations in colour and texture. That's what makes each one unique and unrepeatable.

Often, yes. Tell us what you have in mind — a photo or measurements of your space helps — and we'll let you know what's possible.

Absolutely. Our pieces are made from engineered, chip-resistant concrete, sealed before they leave the workshop, and each one is checked carefully for quality.

Many of our customers use basins and butler sinks in outdoor kitchens, braai areas and gardens. Let us know where it's going and we'll recommend the best piece for your setting.

Wipe it with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid bleach, acidic or harsh chemical cleaners and abrasive scourers, as these can dull the finish.

Buff it to a shine with a clean, soft cloth. For extra protection, as needed over time, apply a thin layer of beeswax, furniture wax, clear Cobra wax or Vaseline. Leave it for a while so it can soak into any areas of wear, then buff vigorously with a clean soft cloth.

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping is for the buyer's account. Orders cancelled before the production lead time is over carry a 10% cancellation fee to cover payment and admin costs. See our full refund policy.
